Orange County School Boards Association promotes collaboration among the different Boards of Education in Orange County, New York, by the exchange of information and sharing of best practices regarding current public education issues and board governance.

Membership meetings are held throughout the year and guest speakers focus on current educational topics, with time allotted for districts to discuss issues of concern.  OCSBA is an active participant with the NY State School Boards Association, hosts networking dinners, and engages in legislative advocacy with local, state and federal legislators, among its many activities and responsibilities.

Member boards include Chester, Cornwall, Florida, Goshen, Greenwood Lake, Highland Falls, Kiryas Joel, Marlboro, Middletown, Minisink Valley, Monroe-Woodbury, Newburgh, OU-BOCES, Pine Bush, Port Jervis, Tuxedo, Valley Central, Warwick Valley, and Washingtonville.
